You want to rent an exhibit display. What do you need to do? |

Step 1 Contact us by phone, email, or fax to let us know what you are interested in and/or to ask any questions. Please read the rental reservation form (CLICK HERE) located on this site for your convenience. Information we need: • company / customer name • contact name and phone number • fax number and email address • credit card information, including the credit card billing address • type and color of display you want to rent • "ship to" address (CLICK HERE: Shipping Tips: Shipping location choices) • event information and important dates (i.e. date display must arrive) Step 3 You take a break while we fill in a rental agreement form with your information. We will fax or email it to you for your approval. This step provides a way to be certain we have the details right. Step 4 If needed, you make any necessary corrections. Sign and date the rental reservation/agreement form. Return via fax or email. Step 5 Payment for rental is processed via your credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa, or American Express. |
