The renter takes care of getting the display system there on time. The renter maintains the display system. The renter stores the display system. Just make sure you reserve the display system!

If you only need a display system once or twice throughout a year, consider renting a display system. The costs of renting are easier on the annual marketing budget.

Outbound Shipping (shipping from us to you/event):
  • Outbound shipping is arranged by us - per show requirements provided by customer
  • Cost is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping is by ground service.
  • Other arrangements may be made by the customer, per our approval.
  • All exhibit rental systems are shipped in their own ship-able cases.

Return Shipping (shipping from you/event to us):
  • Return shipping arrangement and cost is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Rented item(s) may be returned in person or shipped by ground using the carrier of customer's choice.
  • All shipped item(s) must be insured for their total replacement value.

Trade show display rental can be economical and convenient. But renting an exhibit system can also be costly if you have several shows for the year. The rental fee will add up to more than the purchase price. Trying different kinds of systems is a good idea, but not all graphics fit the same way on different display systems, and that could be inconvenient, as well as costly, if you. Renting an exhibit has its advantages, and has become quite popular. But renting a display system is not the solution for everyone.
